From Kathryn: All agreements are in place. Announcements coming today or tomorrow. Happy Halloween! Announcements are already written, being distributed. 800 numbers will come from the place you bought your currencies. (Sterling, etc.) It is happening now. We may get the lower rate, but not certain. The decisions about that are locally determined. Either way, it will be fabulous. Only the dinar is still fluctuating. Other currencies are set. (Maliki is trying to interfere). Dong will be ready to go.
